This program provides high quality, comprehensive preschool for low-income children who are 3 or 4 years old by August 31.
Features of CVSD's ECEAP:
Classes that meet 4 days per week for 3 hours; classes that meet for 5 days per week for 6 hours
A limited number of paid preschool slots
Home visits and center conferences focused on educational/health goals for the child and family goals for the parents/guardians
Health and developmental screenings and assessment, with referrals to special services for children with suspected disabilities
Support in maintaining up-to-date well-child and dental exams
Parent support and leadership opportunities
